Okay first thing you want to do is unplug machine, get some rubbing alcohol and an old tooth brush. then dip the brush into alcohol do not make it too wet and brush the edges of the keys as well as you can. If that doesn't work then you need to take the control panel appart and remove the board from the plastic panel and wipe with alcohol and rag/brush. BE SURE TO THOROUGHLY DRY BEFORE PLUGGING IN POWER CORD.
