We have had the same problem. A tech came out to look at it and wanted way to much to fix it, but after he left it worked fine for a few months. Now it is back to getting stuck on every load.

I also have a problem with the door lock on my KENMORE ELITE HE4T . I can here it clicking, but it won't lock and then I get the DL, F code with beeping. My washer won't start without the door lock engaging.

I am having problems with my neptune mah5500b
the door is not locking, the lock door light in the front panel is always off, machine won't start
