Can you be a little more specific? What have you tried? What is the scanner doing or not doing? Do you have the manual? Bill B

and download and try the free trial version. After 30 days you will need to register the software, but it is so goo and makes the programming so easy, you will spend the $30.00. Also, to save the typing (especially for the trunked radio systems) sign up at:
http://www.radioreference.com/ . If you are a member, they have frequencies data bases that will talk to the Starrsoft software and load the frequencies you select (including the more complicated trunked systems) into your Starrsoft programs, saving you hours of typing. (I am not monetarily connect with either other than being a grateful member.)

I'm unable to send to, or receive from, my PC files.

Kermit is a protocol designed to allow two computers to communicate with each other.

The HP 50g is not compatible with Microsoft Word. You can write programs on the 50g, transfer them to the computer, and transfer them back, but you cannot edit them in Word.

There are other PC program that will let you write and edit 50g programs. There are also many communication programs. Take a look here.

You may want to consider getting an SD card (and if necessary, a card reader for your computer). It's a lot easier and faster to transfer data and programs using the SD card than the wired connection.

I have a Phillips Tv That I have bought off of my employer (Hotel Industry) with the Model # 32HF7544D/27 and I'm unable to get it programmed to channel 73 which is what my Satalite company uses (

Hotel sets use a special remote with specific instructions--you need to get that remote and the instructions---hotel knows that..........

some times they apdate automaticaly your programs - and some times it makes problems !!
