Unless I'm not understanding your question, any entries that you delete from either the desktop or PDA will delete from the other device when you sync your PDA.
So, if you delete an item from your Palm desktop, the next time you sync your PDA to your desktop, the entry will be deleted from your PDA as well.
But, if you haven't backed up / synced your PDA to your desktop yet, install and run Hotsync Manager - do that first. And, perform that procedure often so that your info on your PDA will be safe on your desktop.
if ur phone is HTC P3450 ELF or HTC3452 ELFIN there are 2 versions of this device then go to start >Programs>fileExplorer>select music file u want to set as ringtone, and then long tap on the file for like 4 sec a menu will appear u can select set as ringtone and ur file will be set it is the std procedure for it
and about that HTC audio manager u can check for updated ROM from www.htc.com >ur region >support and then check if new ROM is availble it i will address ur issues of audio manager
but if u really want a new look for ur PDA and want to make it like touch HD then my friend i will suggest this but at ur own risk but the results are really worth it
see this update to CUSTOM ROM for ur pda and u will get more free memory for programs and storage i know it is a big rpoblem in this pda and u will get new look like touch hd
Dear take a backup of your mobile memory data (memory card data backup is not required) and then go to Start>Settings>System (Tab)>Clear Storage, This will reset your mobile and that would all Audio Manager error.
Find the folder option. if you don't know how to find it. Double click your folder you can the tools. click it and point to folder option and then click view and chose show hidden files and folders. And try to look the files you want to delete. Be sure that the audio songs you want to copy is compatible to you phone.
Hi, the best option would be a hard reset. Before doing so, i would suggest doing one lase hotsync.
at the back of your pda, there is a reset button. press this. be prepared. as it is resetting, press and hold the power button as well as the up button. hold these for like 3 seconds then release. it will then ask you whether you wanted to reset it. press the up button once again and release. it will then reset the pda.
if these instructions are still difficult there are some at palm.com. best of luck.
