Printer not connecting to my computer

Then download the "Full Driver and Software Package" and install the file. After installing the file you should be able to connect the printer to your computer.

Please select the Operating System which you have installed in the computer like Windows 7 or Windows XP. Then select language as English or whichever you like and Click that search button to get all the Drivers of the Brother DCP-130C All-In-One Ink Jet Printer. Download and install it in the Computer. Please backup the downloaded Drivers for future use.

download the whole mfl-pro suite drivers at www.brother.com choose your country and your dcp. After downloading install. You cant run paperport due to the fact that it is part of the cd. But all needed drivers will be installed..

try to reinstall the usb drivers. Delete before by help of the agressive remover which is part of the install cd (you have to open the cd).

Connect printer directly to usb of pc . DO NOT use a hub.

If you have Vista you will need a Windows Vista Driver CD-ROM and not the DCP-130C MLF-Pro Suite CD-ROM Both should be with the printer.

dcp 130c cant transfer plain data. Its a pic bridge (digital camera standard) connection only.

You have to use your PC USB.
