Question about Dishwashers
There is a thermister between the control and the element i havnt seen that many heating elements go out take off the bottom kick plate and follow the wires from the heater back it will be a little round disc with two wires on it whats the make and model number

For this error code you need to check both the water heater or
element and thermistor, basically the washing machine is reporting a
fault on the heating circuit with this fault code but it is not capable
of identifying exactly where the fault actually lies.
On non-display panel models this fault code is denoted by the lights for 95, 60, 40 and cold being lit or flashing.

No service manual or opo manual. second hand when i got it. been reliable up 2 now. have meters tools and reasonable electro skills.
Its a Dishlex Global 450. The whole cycle runs thru as normal, only with nh in the display when its on a water heating cycle or the dry cycle.
as i said the fault is intermittent. its cold fed only. recently had a major breakdown after nudging the door closed from the totally open position... with my foot! ooops. it was a lead off the transformer on the board that had broken the solder. fixed that up and off she went again.
havent taken it apart yet but would like some advice where to look.
