Try Manually installing the software. copy the content of the disc on to an empty folder then run the installer from that folder. usually this problem is caused by a damaged disc or the disc reader is having a hard time reading the disc.

Cannot find ProPlus.WW/ProPlsWW.cab.Browse to a valid installatio

The corrupted files are linked to access first. So don't install it in the first phase. Install it in a second phase.

Setup cannot find Pror.WW\ProrWW.cab. Browse to a valid installation source, and then click OK.

It must be Office 2007 right?, Need to change the media or download a new copy if the installer.

Cab file error

This is more than likely a software....not hardware....problem. In the install routine (if I remember correctly) you have the ability to point to a location where the cab / file is. To find the exact location just insert your cd and use Windows explorer to find it. Once found do the install and when prompted point it at the file on the cd....You can also copy the cd to your hard drive and initiate the install from there....it's faster. Tango.
