Question about Televison & Video

Sharp m/n HL-P5067W. Won't power up. Hear click(s) when first pluged in. Indicator on front flashes-stand by/temp-makes "melody" then green "lamp" flashes. Sometimes hear whirring up sound like it's going to start up but then timer, stand by/temp goes to flashing and nothing ever happens.

ITS Better to replace as a Whole; Because its little bit Tideous to find which part is malfunctioning and causing the problem.

Sharp model lc-20sh1u won't turn on, just makes a clicking sound and indicator light flashes red.

The clicking sound may be a power relay coming on and then off--problem indicates a trouble in the main power supply.

Check the lamp cover to see if its properly engaging the lamp switch in the down position. You may have to short the switch out altogether. Its a known issue.
