I Forgot Password And Won't Turn On Again Or In Other Words I Can't Get Through
Locate ur rtc(real time clock) and remove battery next to it.
this resets bios (and any psswords) to factory.
battery looks like large digital watch battery.

It's a laptop. Unless it is 4 or 5 years old it will not have a jumper on the motherboard.
You can remove the bios battery and let you know what freeze over and it will not do anything. The bios password has been stored in a security chip. Doesn't need a battery.
If the dang thing will not access the floppy until the bios password is entered, nothin you stick in that hole will work.
Some laptops can be reset with a donggle. If it is available it can be gotten on ebay. I know the toshiba is one.
Some times you can use the back door passwords and get lucky.
Otherwise you will have to contact acer and be prepaired to send it in or provide them with proof of purchase.
