    • In normal time mode, Hold L2 for 2 seconds to alarm time set
mode, then L2 again to normal time set mode, the second digits
    begin flashing.
    • Press R2 to reset the seconds to “00”, press R1 to switch to the
    minute digits.
    • Press R2 to advance the minutes. Press R1 to switch to the hour
    • Press R2 to advance the hour. Press R1 to switch to the date.
    • Once the date is set, press L2 to return to Normal Time Mode.

    12/24 HOURS MODE

    • In normal time mode, press R2 to display alarm time.
    • Hold R2 and press L2 to select 12 or 24 hour format.
    • The “PM” or “AM” symbol on the displat means both
normal time and alarm time are in 12 hour format.
Otherwise, they are in 24 hour format.

I can't get the analog time on kennth Cole kc9110 watch after changing battery the digital part in running fine please help thank you

With this type of dual display watch, the two 'mechanisms' are often independant with their own batteries. It's quite possible that the battery for the analogue display has been missed - often they are underneath the battery for the digital display with an insulating cover to isolate the batteries from each other. Sometimes it's even necessary to remove the digital module to get to the analogue module. Obviously, you would need some experience of dismantling watches (and to be very careful) to sort this out. If you don't feel confident, and you value the watch, take it to a professional.

Brand New Watch second hand won't move. won't keep time.

The watch has a problem in the timing module and the second hand won't move (a cog wheel issue) this is clearly a manufacture defect that can not be remedied and should be returned since it is under warranty.

Setting analogue time on a Crane & Viceroy Radio controlled watch

I haven't been able to locate your watch but since watches tend to be similar in operation, I suggest that you look at the instructions for my watch and try a similar settings.

Go to "" and instructions for a Casio watch will appear. Go to page 4 and read instructions under "to adjust analogue time".

Dual batteries should be installed [+ to -][+ to -]. There may be a hard-to-read diagram that shows installation. You may have to take the watch to a jeweler to get things straightened out.
