Dual Voice-Coil
The unique Dual Voice-Coil design allows both left and right channel
sound from just one speaker. Simply hook up both the left and the right
channels to the special terminals on the speaker. Hook up one channel
only, if the speaker is to be used in a conventional stereo set-up. I found this on jamo site hope that will help you

in a home theater setup, a good idea would be to use a mininum 5.1 channel amp, here there will be a seperate output on the amp ( called sub out or LFE : low frequency effects) which is a dedicated channel for the subwoofer. in stereo setups the above mentioned is absolutely correct the sub out will go any of the inputs on the subwoofer
