The export version of the Digital Ixy 930is is the Digital ixus 200is.
As this is such a new model there is not yet any downloadable manual for it and none will be legally available until the model has been discontinued. Canon vigorously asserts it's copyright when unofficial downloads for current models appear; it's their way of trying to prevent unofficial imports.
Contact Canon in your own country and they should be able to sell you the manual you require on a CD, but make sure you request the full user manual and not just the quick start guide.

Hi there. I am going to guess that the IXY 920 is the same as the PowerShot
SD880, since the PowerShot SD870 was also the IXY 910. Unfortunately,
there's no handy look-up equating the different models.
If you have a 10 MP camera with 5-20 mm (28-112 equivalent) f/2.8-5.8
