Question about Vacuums
My Majestic Filter Queen vacuum loses power when I use the carpet attachment. It seems to start and stop but when I use the other attachments I am not losing power. So I am assuming that there is a problem with the motor of the carpet attachment. Can you comment on this?
Does the motor stop or the brush roll? If it is the brush roll, then replace the belt. If the motor is stopping, then it could be the motor or the cord for the opwer head.
