Question about Disney Tink Digital Mix Stick MP3 Player (61692)
Charging the Player
The player needs to be charged before it can be used and every time
the battery gets low. It takes approximately 2.5 hours to charge the
Player. Once fully charged, the Player lasts approximately 8 hours.
To charge the Player:
Remove the USB cover on the Player.
Connect the Player to the PC using the Flash Plug.
The Player will begin charging. The battery indicator should begin
to flash, alternating red and green.
Once the battery is fully charged, the indicator light will stay red.
Note: If this is the first time the Player is connected, wait until
Windows detects the Player and follow the prompts to install it.

You just connect it to a USB port on your computer or there is a wall adaptor available for them. You can get the charger at http://store.digiblue.com/Disney_USB_AC_Converter_White_p/ds21007.htm

Be sure to try all the USB ports on your computer. The player will use all 500 milliamps that a USB port can provide to charge its battery. In most cases the back ports will provide all 500 milliamps to the player so try that. If you're using a USB hub then make sure you're connecting the player directly to the back of the computer instead.
If that doesn't work then take them back for a replacement or contact Digital Blue customer service for warranty replacement.

Tips for a great answer:
Disney Mix Stick 2.0 MP3 Player
How do I add songs to my Mix Stick 2.0?

Once the computer finishes loading the drivers for the Mix Stick 2.0, you can open the My Computer icon (or Computer in the Start Menu if you have Vista) and see the Disney Mix Stick 2.0 icon or the Removable Disk icon. You can then drag and drop your songs into the Mix Stick 2.0 or use the Sync feature in Windows Media Player to sync your existing tracks from Windows Media Player to the Mix Stick 2.0. Be sure to properly disconnect the Mix Stick 2.0 from your computer. For further assistance with this issue, please watch our video tutorial located here for a step-by-step walkthrough of this process.
