Usb drive is not deteded when plug into PC

check driver of this drive in device manager.and click on(scan for hardware change) in action menu.If still not responding then do this

1. right click on my computer
2. click on properties
3. click on hardware
4. click on device manager
5. click on universal serial bus
6. click on(+)
7. then right click on this pan drive driver(if taken) other wise on yellow ? mark
8. click on update driver
9. select second option in window(advanced)
10. then click on( search removable.......)
11. then insert driver cd in cd rom
12. And click on Next option

If you have done this then do this

1. if it is not work then do above procss and select third option(Don't search.I will...............)
2. And click Next option
3. click Next option in next window.Thats it

yes, it need its driver in order to works, usually the window will recongize it but if you have the disk that came with it, your driver should be on it.
