Be careful while in the convergence mode cause there can sometimes be two different screens for green and blue convergence and you cant see the adjustments on the blue red while moving the green. Go ahead and play with it but if you tweak it too much you can have hours of fun trying to reconfig.
Go to the menu section ,then go down to section of convergence re-align the blue cross hatch over the red,if this does not solve the problem the cconvergence boaard has a resistor or transistor defective.

Your blue LCD panel has gasped it's final breathe. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be repaired at a component level in the field. Your TV requires the Optical Block Assembly to be replaced in order to restore it to it's former glory. HOWEVER, due to the part cost, labor fees, and age of this model... you should spend this money on a new TV and put the balance of the unspent money back in to your pocket... this repair would be too costly to pursue. :(
If you have a Sony rear projection LCD TV then you have a failing optics block. LCD TV's are not affected by external magnets like CRT TV's were. The optics block issue will only get worse and needs to be repaired by a technician.
I have the same TV and the same problem, I take out the block of colours red, green and blue (the blue colour is broken) and I went to the electronic supplies for ask the price and they don't sell just the little blue mirror (blue pixel), they sell all block for $2,050.00 dollars. It's the price for a new one
This is common in those sets. One of your convergence IC's has stopped working and needs to be replaced. The convergence IC should be replaced and the convergence circuits realigned by someone with experience in Sony projection sets.
