EX600 Electrolux Diashwasher

My Diashwasher will not repond to touchpad buttons.
The only way we can get the machine to begin a wash cycle is to use the delay button, the start/stop button does not respond at all.

Yet the machine can start cycle by using the delay button only,,but we have to wait 1 hour every time we need to use the machine..Any on know what the problem is

    G,day Aborcass,

The model Number is EX600 that is all that is stamped on the top of the door.

I removed the touchpads and cleaned the carbon tips with Metho thinking its grime preventing the circuit board from sensing the touch press. But no go, problem still there. Checked the ribbon connector from top board to main circuit board inside door cavity, its ok.

Problem must lie in main circuit board unless i missed something on the top board.

i know that electrolux model number maybe be a different number in other countries..found that with Smeg Oven.on a previous post.

Hope what i said helps to identify the problem.

    Cheers

Hi- I have had the same problem with my EX600. The problem was caused by water getting into the control panel (because the controls are at the top) We had to order the control panel from electrolux and it is now sorted. It is easy to install but costs about $110 AU.

Hope this helps!

im here in the U.S.A, and our electrolux" Frigidaire" called here, has an issue with the circuits not responding to the start button but delay will work. the resolution has been to replace the display board. It actually comes as a kit with a new display and ribbon connector as well as a new circuit board housing. i wouldnt be able to look up your part here. but im sure if you looked up your display board. itll switch to a kit

How do I turn off the beeping noise on the Electrolux 7kg Time Manager washing machine the 5kg Electrolux Sensor Dryer? The beeping noises indicating a cycle has finished are very loud. Please help!

The acoustic signals operate when:
• The programme is completed.
• The appliance has a malfunction.
To deactivate/activate the acoustic signals, press "Drying level" and "Prewash" button at the same time for 6 seconds.
If you deactivate the acoustic signals, they continue operate when the appliance has a malfunction.

My washing machine will not turn on.

I suggest you rapid reading of alarms.
  • Press the START/PAUSE button and the nearest option button simultaneously for at least 2 seconds: the LEDs initially switch off, and then display the flashing sequence indicating the last alarm.
  • To display the previous alarms, press the button to the left of the START/PAUSE button in sequence.
  • To return to the last alarm, press the START/PAUSE button.
  • The alarm continues to be displayed for the amount of time required, and then the display returns to its normal operation.
  • While the alarm is being displayed, the appliance continues to perform the cycle or, if in the programme selection phase, it maintains the previously selected options in memory.

Whirlpool adp 9411

If this is the machine with just a knob for the wash cycles, and one button to start the wash cycle, you will have to replace the timer. There is no reset that I know of.

Electrolux EX600 Dishwasher loosing power during wash cycle

Hi dan76n - Typically PF appears in the display when the dishwasher is first installed, or when power has been interrupted. HI-TEMP WASH, SANITIZE and START/CANCEL backlighting will also flash. To clear, touch START/CANCEL pad. If it proves to be ineffective, once again try resetting the dishwasher by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes, restart unit and select a cycle. If the problem continues, the dishwasher could possibly be experiencing a wiring failure or faulty board. At this point I will highly recommend connecting with a certified technician for a further diagnosis and to accurately assist with the repair(s).

Electrolux front loader washer ewd1477 flashing start/pause button. interrupted during wash cycle by power outage. start/pause button now flashes and won't start any cycle.

Try to turn circuit breaker off, or unplug unit, for about 5-6 minutes. This is a hard reset and should reset the internal controls to restart the unit properly.

ON button will not repond. There is no display. Fuse and socket are tested and OK. Machine stopped mi cycle.

appears to be an electronic control issue, as you have no display.it itself may have its own fuse, the brain of the machine stopped.
