INSTALLED MOTHERBOARD,BUT WHEN I TO TURN IT,IT GIVES ME A LONG BEEP AND IF I SPIN THE FAN IT STOPS.I HAVE CHANGED THE FAN TWICE. ALSO WHEN I TURN ON THE COMPUTER,IT STARTS LIKE NORMAL,WEIRD.CAN U HELP ME

one thing long beeep means ur RAM is having some problem please check it
