When you first begin using the PC, or if you have intermittent problems using the touch screen, you should calibrate the touch screen and set up the screen preferences.

NOTE: The touch screen works best if only the stylus, and not your hand, is touching the screen. If you rest the palm of your hand on the screen for comfort, you will have to press the pen more firmly onto the screen.

In my add to my post....

    Calibrating the touch screen
    The
touch screen can function with the default calibration or with a
calibration set by another user. However, it is highly recommended that
you use the touch screen only while it is calibrated to your personal
handwriting and mouse action motions. Calibration optimizes touch
screen performance for all users and particularly for left-handed
    users.
When calibrating the touch screen, tap the pen in the exact center of each of the calibration markers (
    +
    ).

Steps on how to calibrate the touch screen:

    1. Select
Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet PC Settings > General
      tab.

    2. Click
      Calibrate
      .

    3. Follow the instructions on the screen.

    4. Be sure to calibrate the touch screen for use in all 4 screen orientations.

    Enjoy!

Check all drivers are loaded for the touchscreen interface, if they are remove them and re-install.

If that doesn't solve your issue I would check the cable that connects the touchscreen and that the touchscreen is fitted correctly.

try first connecting a monitor to the vga. If you see normal , then the problem can be the video drivers ( just reinstall them .. ) or the screen cable .. and in that last case .. you gonna have to seek some technical help ..

Hello,
Have you tried using a different web browser like GoogleChrome or Mozilla Firefox?
Internet Explorer is the default website browser and it usually messes up. I suggest you install either Mozilla or Chrome and check if your internet works.
Please let me know if it works or not so that I can provide you with more help if there\'s a need to.

My touchscreen is not working after i instal windows 7

Hi.
Based on the information you have provided, it seems that the issue is due to the Driver for the Touchscreen sensors.
As you have changed the Operating System, it is required to install the Touchscreen Device Driver for the Windows 7 Operating System.
Once the Driver is installed, the Touchscreen Device should work normally.
Please let me know the exact Model # of the Computer, so that I can provide you the link to download the Touchscreen Driver.
Hope this helps.
Please feel free to contact for further information and assistance.
