Hello. Short of using a software utility designed to retrieve deleted files, no. The sooner the better. Please google the phrase "file recover download"

Service manual hp 9800

I have an HP 9800 Deskjet that I print heavier self stick vinyl paper. The print comes out wavy. Lines aren't strait and images get blurred. Seems like the rollers might be worn causing it not to pull paper in right and centered.

I WANT TO PRINT MIRROR (IN REVERSE PRINTING) BUT THERE IS NO OPTION IN THE PRINTER. PLEASE IF ANY SOFTWARE DO YOU HAVE IN MIND FOR THE SOLUTION OF MIRROR PRINT ON HP 1020 PRINTER

go to your image and right click on it, click on "preview" once the preview screen is open look at the row of options (I"m assuming windows 7 op system here, but you can do this with XP too). anyway.look for the option "open" along the top, a row of choices will appears, choose "Paint" when paint opens you can see on the left an option to rotate, or flip your image, choose flip horizontal and you will now have the reverse image, save it to someplace you can find it and then it will print as you wish (reversed).

Hi

Either of the two problems make the printer blinks-.
check them out.

1. If you have given the printouts and all the pages are not printed then if there are pending printouts remaing in the printer properties the printer will blink continuosly.
2. Any of the 1 cartridge out of 2 may be faulty.
and last option if the printer cover is not closed properly it blinks.

Black is printing gray

Has your printer defaulted to 'draft' printing? That's where grey printing seems to come from.

PRINT OUT TOO SMALL

Hi,

This is not a problem of printer, this is problem of settings, when you give the printout, first you check the print preview and then set the size of printout. After that if problem is not not solve then reinstall the driver of the printer.

Copy count - how can I find it on my HP Deskjet 940c?

If holding the resume button or ink button doesn't printout a status report, you need to look on your computer with the printer hooked up, in the maint. tab for that printer in the control panel. You just have to look around, sometimes in printer preferences or advanced maint.

Printing from Elements 6 w/ HP 8250, image pushed to left.

I wish I did have a solution. Photoshop Elements 7 exhibits the same problem. They obviously broke something. I have to use an old version of Photoshop Elements 4 just to print properly. I am a tech support professional, uninstalled all HP software, re-installed latest drivers and problem persists. Sucks.

Hp deskjet 9650 not compatible with Vista 64-bit

Hp Deskjet 9650 printer owner, sorry to inform that there is no Microsoft Windows Vista operating system printer driver solution available for your printer. But there is an alternative way to workaround it so that you can do basic printing with your printer.

As a workaround, an alternate printer driver solution included in Microsoft Windows Vista operating system can be used to perform basic printing to the printer. However you might find that some of the product features are no longer available when using this alternate printer driver, but that is your best option right now.

The alternative HP printer driver that will work with your printer is HP Deskjet 9800.

The Next thing you do is: Install the driver for HP deskjet 9800

1. Verify that the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable is NOT connected to the printer.
2. Click Start , click Settings , and then click Printers .
3. Click Add a printer .
4. Click Add a local printer .
5. Select the Use an existing port check box.
6. In the Use an existing port drop-down list, select LPT1: (Printer Port) and then click Next .
7. Under Manufacturer on the Install the printer driver dialog box, select HP .
8. Under Printers , select the appropriate alternate driver for the printer (deskjet 9800) and then click Next .
9. In the Printer name text box, type the printer name and then click Next . The printer driver starts to install.

NOTE: The name of the alternate driver displays as the default name. Change this name to the name of the printer, if desired.

10. After the screen stating that the printer was successfully added displays, connect the USB cable / Parallel cable to the printer and to the computer.
11. On the Found New Hardware screen, click Cancel .
12. For USB connected printer, please proceed to step three . For Parallel port connected printer, please proceed to step four .
NOTE: If multiple pop-up windows display, click Cancel on each window.

Next is: Configure the printer

1. In the printer folder, right-click on the name of the printer and then click Properties .
2. Click the Ports tab.
3. Change the port from LPT1 to the newly created USB port, click Apply .

Last step: Print a test page

1. Click the General tab.
2. Click Print Test Page .

Good luck Cheers!!!
