Question about Dryers
It sounds like the start windings in the motor may be faulty,is the motor covered in lint,try cleaning it but you may need a new motor.hope this helps.if you hold the start button does it stay running if so its the motor.you can use an amp meter to see what the amps are.should start at about 6-7 amps approx and then drop back to about 2-3. dont know what brand you have.
