If your pasword has been compromised, then you can retirve the pasword if you know the answer to the secret questions. Click on forgot your password and follow the prompts. If you dont remeber the answers, its better to setup a new account.
you need to clear thepassword in this order touch ADD FUNC key then the 2 and 8 keys together then touch ADD FUNC key again lcd screen should change touch copier then function then clear then pwd then ok then yellow reset 3 times that should do it

This answer is for the Toshiba eStudio 45 hi, im not 100% sure what you need help with so if you want to delete all the department codes on your copier but you do not know any of the current codes or the master code and need to change the master code follow these steps:
turn the copier off
while holding down 0 & 8 turn on.
key in 672 press start
press [INITIALIZE] (you might have to hit start if nothing happens i cannot remember)
this could take a min then you need to turn the copier off and back on.
you department codes should be cleared.
