These phones are known to have such problems...restore your phone back to factory settings and see if that solves the problem otherwise take it back to from where you've bought it and let them troubleshoot the problem for you!
I have this problem also and have been told by the seller to remove the battery and sim for 24 hours and replace them . This seems to be a fix for most of the software problems with these phones
You need to re-calibrate the screen in the system menu. Sometimes you need to do this more often (up to 10 times). Pull out the battery for a hour before you start doint this.
To view the keypad while talking on your CECT P168, at the bottom of the screen there will be an icon in the middle, you'll need to touch the icon and the keypad will be displayed.
my cracked also. the phone is very easy to take apart even if you have never done it. its just 4 screws and some gentle finger work. the new screen slides right into where the old one was. search for p168 replacement screens on google
