Sounds like the disc is scratched go to yo nearest game store and get it cleaned.

if you have 5.51 it will say the files are corrupted.

I use www.gamespot.com and www.cheatcc.com and it will give you the walkthrus for that game. I don't have that one for my 360 yet.

I would ask the store to check neighboring stores or their distribution center for the game you want. I did a search on my local stores in MN and while the game is also not available here, there are 36 in the centralized warehouse of X360-SPLINTER CELL DOUBLE AGENT LE.
