Wiring diagram on a elitegroup k7sem

There are a few ECS motherboards listed on ECS web site. Each has a different revision number. Choose your correct version and download the manual for the MB. You will also need Adobe reader installed to view the manual. Adobe is a free download;
Once the manual is downloaded go to page 10. Turn to pages 16 & 17 to connect your case to the MB.

I need help with connecting my case wires to the motherboard

those wires are for the USB not audio,the meaning of the
writing no the wires are:
vcc=5 volts, -D=data negative, +D= data positive,GND=ground.
look in the manual for usb connection, if the mainboard has the header connection for them connect the wires to it if not just leave them out, secure them out of the way.

Step 1: Decide weither you have one or two USB cables joined together, it should look like a 4 PIN header.

Step 2: Get your manual from ECS:

Step 3: Install the 4 PIN header the right way +5V, - DATA, + DATA, GND on the motherboard, refer to the manual if you get stuck.
