The setup is a 5 digit code and can only use the numbers 1, 2, 3 or 4.
eg. 12341 i know is for a mitsubishi TV.

I have the same problem.

this is the instruction manual for the TOTAL control remote and the 5 digit codes for all TVs it is a pdf file and can be printed 16 pages, My Mother-in -law lost control of her TV when we replaced the batteries and after searching the net found the manual while searching for the TV code Palsonic, numeroous attempts failed searching for the remote details, but there it is.
