Go to the Lenovo Support web site then select to Download Drivers and Software, select the Find Product page tab, then Desktops & all-in-ones, then Netvista desktops, then Netvista Personal computer, then 8303, then All models and you will be given a list of all available driver downloads.
get the name and model of the sound card maker and go to there website and check if they have drivers for download. if not go to the place where you bought it and ask if they have recovery discs.
Using another pc, download the driver for the model of LAN card used. Goto the control panel - system - device manager and unistall the card (keep hardware attached to pc) and reboot. Use the downloaded driver to reuninstall. When it gets back online, do the same thing with any other device not working. Be sure to get the drive for the operating system used.
There is a bunch of "model" numbers for the IBM netvista PC. You didn't menton yours in your question but after looking at a dozen or so I'll bet you have at least one PCI slot free for a wireless PCI card.
You will need to install the XP drivers for you model IBM, you can download them from the IBM website find the link to support and driver download. You could use the driver restore disk that came with your IBM "IF" it came with "XP" installed. BPCS
