Lexmark Z640 Printer only prints to 99% and then stops & needs to be closed. Can not print another document until the computer is restarted. How do I get it to print 100% so that I can print again? Please advise Sylvia

printer only prints to 99 % of print , unable to print again unable to clear the print request.

the printer only prints to half of the page and then stops, and indicates paper jam, then stops

I have the same problem with a Lexmark X1185 All-In-One. Most frustrating! I've downloaded a new driver, but the problem has not gone away. Arrg!

maybe the drivers are shot...remove old s/w

go here for latest ones

install and try it again..
