is all the water draining out?? do you see the door lock light coming on??? does it spin at all or is it rocking back and forth as if caught in an agitation mode? and pleas egive the model number if possible.

You did not post the model number but when a front loader wont spin at high speed it usually means that a spring or shock absorber on the drum is broken or came off.

Open the door after the "Door Lock" indicator turns off. ...

Front loader will spin in spin cycle but wont spin at high rpm needed to rinse water out of clothes

Possible that the controller is not shifting to switch on the high speed mode. Try and check if you can get this to work manually, try with another program on the panel. If so the fault is with the controller.

My washer works but it will not work in the spin cycle

Every washing machine, top or front loader, has a safety feature that disables the spin functions and that is the lid switch/lock for top loaders and door switch/lock assembly for front loaders. This is to prevent injury when the lid/door is opened during a high speed spin. Check lid/door switch harness and connections. Replace lid/door switch assembly if no issue found with the harness and connections.

yes!! the F/11 is triggered under high voltage conditions like high speed spinning. The part is called the MCU motor control unit. if it goes into failure while using your machine and locks the door, just wait 3 minutes and the door will unlock after the MCU resets. Try using you machine with a low speed spin for awhile.
