Question about Mitsubishi VS-60603 60" Rear Projection Television

Volumn Control on my 36

My TV volumn recently went on the fritz. I have to crank it up all the way to hear it.
I don't want to leave the volumn that high for fear that if the problem corrects itself, it will blow the speakers on the TV.

Any idea what would cause the volumn to go weak?

Make sure your cable box is on and on a channel that you normally watch so that we know there is video being transmitted to the TV,then useing the remote that came with the TV press the button that is labeled " input" or " source" multiple times until you see a picture back on your TV screen. Good luck and Happy Holidays!

Sylvania TV - volumn is so low we must turn it all the way up and even then can barely hear on some stations. We have dish tv.

The Dish receiver may have a volume function that is causing the problem. Use the Dish remote to increase the volume and see what happens.
