Help with panasonic ct-z1410

The problems is that the Tv is in short, I´m not sure but the horizontal transistor BU2506DF is in parallel with a lithe transformer o coil TLH15412, I think this is in short because It´s measure is almost 1 Ohm. Maybe you could tell me what another thing to do to solve the problem.

Thanks

If the picture is short top to bottom then the vertical is your problem . Check the caps in this area as they tend to become weak can't fill the verticals height . The transistor you talk about if it reads 1 ohm from the collector to the base or the emitter then the set would not work , But it will read 1ohm from the base to the emitter . Check the vertical . Good luck

What is cost of yoke for panasonic ct tv?

You're discussing about the width problem to picture. If yoke have a short in between its wingdings [even a single winding short], will cause the failure of horizontal output transistor. As per you report here, the set has a raster, but problem is with the picture width.
There possibliliites for this fault are.
1. Lack of voltage from the SMPS power supply output.
2. Horizontal width capacitor.
3. Horizontal output capacitor.
Check the output voltage from the SMPS section first, and confirm that it is OK.

I have a ct-36hl43 thyat when turned on it tries to come on but shuts down and the red power keeps blinking and the only way to stop it from blinking is to pull the wall plug whats the problem??

If you can find the Horizontal output transistor make sure it is not shorted, this set had a issue of repeated shorting of that part after just a few minutes and the cure for that is well known.

To trouble shoot you will need a volt/ohm meter and how to use it, the set if shorted will not always blow the fuse but will go into shutdown to prevent further damage.

Let me know your skill level and if able to use a meter etc or not.

Have a TV Panasonic CT-36HL42CF for repair, I change the horizontal ouput 2SD5612 (was short) after a week the horizontal was short again. looking for a solution

You must replace the component that killed the transistor in the first place!
Replace the tuning capacitor in parrallel with the transistor. If it's blue it will be O/c or if yellow low value.

The high-pitch squeal is from the power supply, caused by a short circuit. The usual cause is a shorted horizontal output transistor. I believe this model uses a 2SD1556, but I'm not certain. I don't have the service manual for this model, but that part is used in several other 32- and 36-inch models.

While the horizontal output can fail on its own, it's usually because of other problems. A large-tube TV like this is hard to work on, and you might want to let a professional technician check it and give an estimate for the repair.

Picture shrinks horizontally every few seconds.

You are changing parts in the wrong circuit. The problem is in the vertical circuit. Look for the vertical IC and resolder the pins first. It should be an LA7837 or something similar. Also, check the 100ufd and 47ufd caps in the same circuit.

Keep us posted.

Keeps blowing fuse

It has a short circuit somewhere...
Not sure if this is a CRT, LCD or Plasma TV but the two common causes of shorts for CRT's are the Horizontal Output Transistor (HOT) and/or the Flyback Transformer (Could be both). As a general rule if the flyback has visible cracks in the case they should be replaced. It is also a good idea to replace the HOT if you're replacing the flyback as it could be weakened and may not last much longer itself.
Other areas to check for all types would be any Diodes in the Power Supply Circuit. If a diode is open it can cause the fuse to blow. Note that a diode itself will not short, but an open diode can cause a fuse to blow.

Main fuse blown on CT-32G11 32" Panasonic TV, Replacement fuses continue to blow.

If the main fuse keeps blowing, check the horizontal output transistor for a shorted condition and diodes in that section as well.

3year old Panasonic ct-32sx12f dead?

Sure, Why not? It is worth the effort. If the set is 'dead', it is the easiest to repair.Only 'tampered' sets pose problems. It could be a simple blown Fuse, or the Power Regulator IC. This should not cost you more than $100-150 as Technician charges + 15-20$ for spares. It could also be a defective Horizontal Outut Transistor and short cicuiterd FBT, (tho' it seems remote), but if yes, add another $100. definitely worth calling a professional techie
