It looks like you might need to install the drivers again to synchronized both devices. You can also try to clean the contact from your OKTA Touch with alcohol to get rid off dust or oxidation that occurs. I would also suggest to use a different cable if possible.
Do you have the user guide handy?

Stopped charging. Put in new battery pack and still won't charge. What can I do. Checked all connections.

The last thing to check is whether the electrical contacts between the bottom of the handset and the station are fine. If the contacts are not touching, use a small tool to pull them out to make them touch. If the contacts are fine, it seems that the station electronics is not working. Then, you probably need to bring it to the service people.

Need to do a hard reset. The message on the screen says.. "Welcome! Please Wait..." the buttons with red lights are lit. Nothing happens when I push any button... no dial tone.

There is no way you can reset this phone. The only thing you can do is to either contact one of their service centers or to take it to a repairer.

Hi - I'm just in the process of upgrading from a Panasonic TA206 to a TA308, and I have assigned names/numbers for each extension. Extensions 1-4 are working fine, but I'm getting no life out of 5 and 6....

Now here's a problem. What country? In the U.S., the TD-308 came carded 3x8 with 4 universal ports and 4 digital ports. You could plug a digital phone into ports 5-8 or buy the extra card to get analog PITS phones into the ports.

That said, check your installation manual. Here's a little insight into the various Pana products throughout the world. Since your TA-308 and our TA-308 aren't the same, I can't help you much.

After a huge thunderstorm last night, neither of my cordless phones are working. I've tried unplugging/re-booting to no avail. Just getting scratchy noise over dial tone, and when I dial there is no...

Try phoneing or e mailing the number or e mail address on the box or manual of the phones where you bought them from or get in touch with the company that made them and ask for either a refund or technical help. If your landline is working the storm has disconnected something with the base of your phones

Tranferring stuff from a sandisk memory to a m2 memory card

You could always use the internet as your friend or trot yourself down to some box store or even the general discount store with the round red logo :-)

A search engine search for m2 memory card reader finds something like this:

My LG Voyager sound just stopped while I was listening to my music. The volume control is at max and the ringer sounds etc. all work fine. What is up with the MP3 sound?

Try taking the battery out when the phone is on, DO NOT power down. Doing this resets the internal memory and will allow the main presets to work properly and don't worry it will NOT erase anything. every once in a while the new Verizon phones NEED to be reset like that. IF this doesn't work take to verizon to get looked at hope this helps

Signal indicator flashes constantly

The following worked when I had what appears to be the same problem. Solution :- Remove batteries, remove power connection, wait 30 minutes, re-connect power and replace batteries then press button on base until it beeps. Both handsets started continuous beeping which eventually stopped and everything was returned to normal. Admittdly this sounds almost identical to the process used by 'versailles' above, but at least it confirms that the technical info given by the BT Helpline does work
