Today i bought a canon pixma mp492 and i have error 6000.what can i do for risolve this?

Error code 6000 seems to indicate paper jam - and often a very very tiny bit of paper in the machine that is difficult to find Try turning machine upside down and see if you can dislodge that way
Have a look at page 620 of the online manual linked to below
6000 is displayed: If any object is placed in front of the machine, remove it. Open the Paper Output Tray gently, then turn the power off and back on. In other cases: Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply. Plug the machine back in and turn the machine back on. If the problem is not resolved, contact the service center.

There is got to be a paper Jam inside the printer OR

Look for something that might have stuck up the roller ..
