Question about Televison & Video
TV is about 6 months old. The HDMI inputs used to work fine. I had them connected to a Cable set top box (input 1) and Phillips DVD player (input 2). I have changed the cables, tried other Set top boxes, but nothing works. I'm convinced it is on the TV side
If you haven't unplugged the unit for 30 seconds, try that. otherwise, if that doesn't help, probably a board needs to be replaced. call phillips for service.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
