Question about Wurlitzer Jukebox 1015 One More Time 100-Disc CD Changer
The player will take the cd from the rack and place it on the cd player ok, will play the song, but when it trys to put it back into the rack the picker arm does not turn enought to place it back correct. Is there an ajustment or something is can do to correct this.
Thank you for any help you can give me
You need to use alcohol to clean all the moving parts. The problem is that the original lubricants have become sticky and the arm cannot turn all the way back. Clean with alcohol until it begins to move freely, then re lubricate with a light oil, like sewing machine oil.

How do you get the arm back over the carousel so you can play a CD initially?
The gripper motor is powered by the K6 switch which is a copper wiper ring you can see at the end of the gearbox. If that is dirty or has a dead spot it will stop the motor before it should.
