Question about iLO (2 GB) MP3 Player
I just purchased a new player yesterday it is called the "Digital MP3/4 Player". The player itself works fine and I know the USB cable works because it will effectivly hook into the battery and charge the player as needed. However, when I plug the cable into the computer (while being plugged into the player) it does not recognize that their is even anything plugged in. It acts as though I have nothing plugged into the USB socket, which of course I do. What should I do??? How do I fix this? Thank you soooo much for all of your time and help in this matter!
Here are some suggestions:
Try using a new/different USB cable. The ones that come with these players are known to be defective at times.
Try using a different USB port on your computer.
Try it on a different computer.
