Try using a usb cable and any standard pic program, such as Picasa (free from Google). i think mine is working without a driver, unless one is built in. btw, i simply insert the chip from my wife's camera in the appropriate spot and Picasa handles it fine.

Cant take pics, says card protected. used earlier and was fine, now wont take pics at all

Hello,

Have you checked your memory card to see if it IS in fact protected? It is amazingly easy for some camera memory cards to become accidentally protected.

Check and see if you card has a switch that allows it to be set to read only. And if it does make sure it is not set to read only.

Vivitar camar t328

first you should try and charge it. If that does not work you should try taking out the battery and cleaning the spot on the battery and camera where the two connect with a dry Qtip. Sometimes residue can accur and this process usually helps. If all else fails you should contact the manufacturer and see what they can do. It is best to call, in order to get there number you should visit www.vivitar.com

Night Time Pics

Hello Ruby, On the mode dial you will see a setting for night time use, you should not have to change any other settings. If you refer to the user manual it will explain this in greater detail than I have room here to list.

Blurred pics / Shutter speed on Fuji A470

Hello
The hand symbol is alerting you that the camera will have to use a slow shutter speed to get enough light into the camera. Try pointing the camera at something bright, and the hand will not show. Therefore, if the hand is on, then you probably need to use the flash.

Camare is working slow

Low battery power is the possible out side answer. Also check your ISO settings and resultion setting The bigger the picture the longer to process Set the camera to medium Rez [or 2 mega pixel for general shots]
