Question about SanDisk Sansa e200 MP3 Player
You can do this by simply holding down the Power/Menu button for about 15 seconds. After the reset, any changes you have made to the e200 during its last use will be lost.

Rhapsody, Media Center, and Real Player do not see the Sansa when I connect it to the PC. The PC does see it and does add it the drive/map configuration. I am able to open the Sansa folder and peer into it, but I am unable to change it in any way.
Rhapsody 250 purchased 2 years ago at Best Buy.
Please email me at email@example.com if possible.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
