Open Windows Media Player.
Click on the Rip tab.
Insert the CD into the computer.
Click Start Rip
Windows Media Player will convert the songs on the cd to a format that the Sansa player recognizes - may take a few minutes.
Drag the files from the CD to the right window pane.
Click Start Sync.
For everyone having e260 problems here is the answer. First make sure that you have your usb mode on msc before plugging in to the computer. Then go to folder options and select show hidden folders. You now have access to the music folders and can delete music. You can create a new folder or use the music folder for your music. To prevent future problems go to properties on the hidden folders and unhide them.
My same player did not come with the CD. Depending on which program you use to get your music on your player, the CD is not needed. Try connecting your sansa to your computer and open whatever program you use for your music.
