I have a Sony HDTV 52". This morning after turning on the TV I noticed that all of the images and objects had ghosting with color hues of red, blue or green (almost like 3D without the glasses) What could the problem be? Last night when I turned it off everything was perfect.
Sounds like the two stk392-560 ic's need to be changed, usually about $400 for the parts and labor
ok you have defective convergence crrection circuit! or maybe the RF Box is defective! can you describe the color of the ghost?

Same deal. Suddenly out of nowhere the picture has the exact same effect. I only want to know if its worth repairing. I'd rather put several hundred dollars of repairs toward a new TV
