Question about Computers & Internet
My verbatim usb key says that it can't hold any documents on it as it has only 1mb of space available, but when opening the folder for the usb key it has no files on it? is there a way to fix this?
You will need to reformat it. Unplug the device, replug in a different usb port, Go to My computer, Right click the drive and select Format. Select Quick format, and try again to use the device.
Kind Regards, ACD

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
