Domain problem i installed this xerox phaser 3200mfp/n laser printer in our network. when i login as a administrator its giving me to do fax print scan . But when i login as a user its not allowing me to fax . please slove this problem if you have any idea . Thanks Aj

you have to set the fax receive mode to fax or ans/Fax.

Have you installed or changed firewall settings?

Xerox phaser 3200mfp We are able to fax out, but all inbound receiving faxes are getting a busy signal and not coming through. There is no error msg of any kind. please help.


Get a older phone and hook it up. Try to call that number and see if you get though. My guess would be this is a prefix error (not putting a 1 in front of the area code, ect.)

Priner problem


This is likely to be a dirty lens on the laser unit in the base of the printer.
