Give a special attention to its horizontal output transistor. Replace it, and check. Check this device for collector to base, or collector to emitter leak. Even a slightest leak, will cause sivere problem.

check your horizontal transistor maybe it's shorted replace horizontal transistor or maybe the fusible fuses are open check for open resistors at the horizontal section of the circuit.

If your horizontal out put is bad your fly back is bad

Check the Line Output transformer and associated circuitry.for a short.

Its 2 times blink error code that shows +B volt supply (+135 volts) is shorted, most probably horizontal output transistor is shorted, replace it.
If you are good in soldering parts in circuit board then take out horizontal transistor, check it, found shorted then replace it with same number.

This could be the tuner damaged or a regulator damaged depending where the surge entered the set. Lighting will damage tuners while line power surges will damage regulaters and often horizontal output transistors along with sweep mode power supplies. Since you have audio I would suspect the horizontal output transistor first and check it from collector to base and emmiter for short with a digital volt ohm diode check meter. Check with diode check mode.
