Question about AOC LM729 17" LCD Monitor
When i change the resolution over 1024x768 of my monitor (AOC LM729) all goes black... any suggestions? plz
To my understanding, an AOC LM729 is capable of 1280 x 1024 and therefore should be able to display your preferred 1024x768 .
Perhaps you need to set the PC's Display Screen Refresh Rate to 75 Hz or lower (DisplayProperties/Settings/Advanced/Monitor).
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.

If your screen is capable of 1024 x 768 maybe you have the frame rate incorrect (hz) on an LCD it is usually 60Hz, if it is incorrect or the screen is not capable of the resolution you will get a black picture.
If you are confident both are correct, I would download the latest video drivers and retry.
