Sounds like the blower wheel is bad.the blower wheel is behind the duct that the lint filter slides into, when the wheel goes it makes a rumbling sound, also you could have worn glides that the drum rides on or a bad roller, you need to get in there and look but i'm sure it's worth repairing

Kia is bad with wheel bearings ;.About 80 to 100k they start going bad. You have to check them physically with a dial gauge or know how to inspect them in other manners. They cause a rumbling sound when they start to go bad.

1. Too much vibration on spin cycle even on

loud rumbling noise when running, unplug it, take the rear cover off and remove the drive belt. Then turn the inner drum by hand. If there is a grating noise, the bearings will almost certainly need replacing.
drain port take out and give a very good clean with warm water and makes sure all the holes are cleaned right through

Clothes washer vibration during spin cycles

the vibration and noise is most likely from the drum bearings wearing out to test the bearings try this out,,,
open the door, hold the top of the drum and lift it up, if it has any free lift in it the bearings are going, now spin the drum by hand and you should here the rumble off the bearings

Loud rumble sound, Vent hose vibration

That model of neptune dryer had a problem with the blower housings cracking. When the housing cracks, it binds forward into the blower wheel making a loud "rumble" noise and vibration. If you open the door and manually turn the drum and you hear a rubbing noise and feel alot of resistance, then you have a cracked blower housing and need to replace it. It is not an easy job to replace, so if your not familiar with dryers, you should have a technician replace it. Let me know if you have any further questions. shane

Loud rumbling noise with slight vibration

Normally the noise you hear is caused by the drum rollers having flat spots on them or needing lubricant.
If this is what is wrong It will make a kind of thumping noise.
When they need lubricant they will normally make a squealing noise also. You would lube the shaft and bearing area of the roller, using a good machine oil...something like "3 in One" oil.

Dryer makes rumbling sound when starting

If you remove the front cover and access the blower fan and see if it is still tight on the shaft. if it isn't it makes a rumble sound when started due to vibrating and after a while it makes more noise as it goes. Now I removed the fan and placed a shim in the flat area and matched the flat area of the shaft and replace it back on the shaft and it should solve it.
