PDA will not turn on.

-   i have a HP Ipaq Hx 4700 PDA and one day it was working then the next hour or so it wont turn on, it charged and everthing but it wont turn on

-   i was using my palmv and it let me know that battery was low. i kept using it till it went completely dead. i have put on cradle and green light on for a day and it still won't turn on now? Im on a fire dept and our radio provider tell me its best for the radio to go completely dead every once in a while for better the charge so i thought that with the palmv i would do the same and now that it went completely dead, it will not come back on. what can i do ?
