Somehow when I removed the Front Panel from the Main System for 2-3 weeks. All the Settings were lost including the Time Setting. I was able to reset all the settings back apart from Time or Clock. How do I set the time to show correct Timing?

It is the failure of the flexible strip line wire that comes to the panel as this strip breaks of after sometime due to use.
you will need to remove the panel and the main unit to replace the strip which can be procured from Pioneer.
Clock adjustment is performed in the "Initial Settings" menu.
Please follow the instructions below to access time setting.

dude honestly you could get 101 answers for this and 101 oppinions a real person who knows what there talking about will tell you put on a sound cd with high and lows made for sound testing and play with the setting to you get the best sound to your ear every system is different even if i had the same system i would want mind different because of maybe different cars subs facing different way.prted boxes theres just to man options....so it comes down to you having to play with it and use your headunit manual or find a printout for the basic controls so you actuall know what your changing around till you find the best sound

From what I can remember you need to shut off the stereo by holding down the source button and then hold down the function button until the settings come up. The keep hitting function until the time setting appears
