Question about Honeywell Programmable Thermostat Heater

Honeywell st7000 when replacing the honeywell st7000 programmer with a newer programmer it seems there are not enough wires to operate the new box. it is a single system programmer so is the correct spec. can anyone advise?

    hiya, i have the honeywell ST7000. last few days i've encoutered a problem with it, the HW and CH lights flicker which causes the boiler to kick on and off as the ligts flicker. any ideas please?

The honeywell ST7000 Actually runs from the batteries. It is not powered form the mains at all. Silly I know.

New rth2310 themostat does not blow cool air

I don't believe you're going to get the new one to work -- sounds like it doesn't have enough control wires to operate your HVAC system. If it is designed to operate a 7-wire system, the documentation should show how to hook the 4-wire tstat so it will work.

Honeywell T882 Chronotherm Clock Thermostat needs replacement

The two wires from the transformer are to run the clock in the old thermostat. If you connect the two other wires to any heating thermostat, it will work. Don't forget to disconnect the transformer wires. Hope this helps
