What's the problem ? What is the error message shown when you apply the theme ? If the message is shown "unable to apply themes
Corrupted " the solution is to flash the phone.....If the message shown "File format not supported" the file type of the theme does not match to your phone.You can download your themes from this link

When you get to this website, you will see a list of pictures, put your cursor on the theme you want and right. Scroll down to down load file and it will down load the theme you want.
You can now transfer the theme on your computer to your phone.
you cannot install n95 theme in your nokia n70 because symbian classes are different.. (N95 = S60v3) and (N70 = S60). you can download themes from zedge.com its simple just select the device and you'll be good to go. you can also create your own themes
FYI: China phones have a different operating system platform and it's not using the same like an original Nokia phone so finding a software that will be compatible for it is hard or is completely not available in any phone software websites.There are no java programs that can be installed to it, nor themes and if you get lucky, few NES games can be only installed in a china phones.
the so called chieese version of nokia n95 is not official. hence you cannot download and install the themes for it. but you can get third party themes which is hard to get. you wont get it for all the models
There are several different chinese copies of the N95, some work on windows mobile, others on more specific platforms. The only thing I can suggest is to contact the retailer from whome you bought this phone and ask them for information.... My apologies.
