Hi is your Nokia phone asking for restriction code then it mean your phone is locked to some other network provider due to this it wont accept any other GSM sim until you unlock it .You can purchase restriction code from sites like OnlineGSMUnlock.com for affordable cost .You first check that whether the code is available for your mobile model ,country and network provider .If yes then pay for it and unlock your phone then freely use it with any GSM sim ..
If your Samsung is SIM locked then you need to unlock it. You can unlock it using codes. Unlock codes are provided by the network provider or online providers. Network providers may take a long time to give the code. At that case you can contact online providers like Mobile-Unlocker.com who give the codes quickly.
Switch off the phone.
Hold down the following three buttons: Green (call answer) button, * button, and ‘3′ button
While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone
When the message ‘Formatting’ appears on the screen, release all of the buttons
It still asks for the lock code to format. I also have this problem as
I was sure it was just one of my regular pass numbers, but alas, none
of them work. So I'm still looking around for what to do about it. Will
post back when a solution found.
